There is a pharmacy I know, Unity that doubles your linkpoints when you spend on Thursdays.

The catch though to get the linkpoints, you have to spend more or equal to $20. This amount also varies from store to store (for Unity, it is $15 to get the linkpoints) and different merchants will give different amount of linkpoints for your dollar but the least is for $1=2 linkpoints.

Linkpoints can be exchanged for cash vouchers. For about 1500 linkpoints, you can exchange for a $10 voucher. Now NTUC even makes it possible to deduct your linkpoints at the point when you shop for groceries, etc.

And here is the story for rebates

For rebates, you will get a rebate everytime you spend at NTUC fairprice. The rebate however is not issued at the point of your purchase, but accumulated after 12 months.

For me I get approximately $100 at the end of my 12 months.
